Yes, we do! A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required up front for every custom service to save your spot in our calendar. The remaining payment can be spread out evenly over a period of 2 to 6 months to make the investment more affordable and efficient for you.
Depending on your wants and needs, we either create your website with ShowIt, WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify. Our Website Templates are all built with ShowIt.
Absolutely! The platforms we use to build websites are easy to use, and – depending on the package you choose – we will provide you with a training session where we walk you through the backend, answer all questions, and make sure you can confidently update the website yourself!
It usually takes around 8 - 10 weeks for a custom website project from start to finish. However, if you choose our Template Transformation Service, your website will be online within a week!

2. Book your slot: Following your purchase, you will receive a welcome email containing instructions and a link to schedule your start date.
3. Prepare content: Gather all of your content and images and send it to us a week prior
4. Customization: We will infuse the template with your brand's essence, making it uniquely yours. You can expect the completed transformation within one week from your scheduled start date!
01. Connection Call
We will hop on a non-binding connection call a.k.a. virtual coffee date to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. We will talk about your business, your vision and how I can serve you best. If we both feel we could create magic together I will send you a custom proposal!
02. Brand Strategy
When the proposal has been approved by you and the contract is signed, we will start off with our Signature Branding Workshop where we will dive deep into your brand strategy, get to know your target audience and analyze your competitors.
03. Design Process
You sit back and relax while we work our magic and create a stunning brand design that reflects the heart and soul of your business and attracts your dream clients!
04. Website Design
Once your brand design has been wrapped up, it’s time to really bring your brand to life and build the website of your dreams! Based on your brand design I will create a unique, high-converting website for your business and incorporate all of your beautiful new assets.
05. Review
In a 60 min training session we will go over the final website together and I will teach you everything you need to know about your new website. I promise after this call you will be able to confidently update the website yourself, so you won’t need to hire someone every time you want to make some changes!
06. Launch Party!
We did it! It’s time to celebrate your new brand design and website and share it with the world! I will provide you with some launch graphics for you to promote your new brand + website on social media – you bet I’ll be your biggest cheerleader!
While we don’t offer copywriting services with our web design packages, we will provide you with some tips on how to write the content yourself. If you want help with that, we’re happy to recommend amazing copywriters who can help you or write the content for you at an additional cost.
