Studio Wildlight (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a design studio based in Portugal.
By purchasing or downloading any digital product, or by booking the Template Transformation Service through our website or checkout system, you (“the client”, “customer”, or “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and use of digital products and semi-custom services offered by Studio Wildlight.

- Digital products including, but not limited to, website templates, guides, PDFs, and downloadable resources.
- The Template Transformation Service, a semi-custom website customization service offered as an optional add-on to a purchased template.

2. Scope of These Terms
A legally binding contract is formed when you complete the online checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email.
By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy.

3. Contract Formation
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
Payment plans are available for certain products and must be completed according to the agreed schedule. By selecting a payment plan, you commit to completing all payments in full. Non-payment or chargebacks constitute a breach of contract and may result in administrative fees, collection of the remaining balance, and restriction from future purchases or services offered by Studio Wildlight.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access via a download link or email. No physical delivery will occur.

Digital products are provided “as is” at the time of purchase.
Studio Wildlight is not obligated to provide future updates, revisions, or additional content unless explicitly stated at the time of sale.
If updates are offered in the future, access to them may require a separate purchase.

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own business or personal use.
Redistribution, resale, transfer, or claim of authorship of any product or design element is strictly prohibited.
Studio Wildlight retains full copyright ownership of all designs and materials.

Due to the nature of digital file delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable (includes payment plans).
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate start of delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day EU withdrawal right once access has been granted.

7. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)
After delivery of the customized website, the client must provide feedback or requested revisions within 7 days.
The Template Transformation Service includes one round of revisions to fine-tune the design within the agreed scope.
Additional revisions or design changes requested beyond this will be subject to a separate service fee.
If no response is received within the 7-day period, the project will be deemed complete and closed. Further changes after this period will require a new booking or service agreement.

8.5. Feedback & Completion
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their booked Transformation Week once, free of charge, up to 14 days before the scheduled start date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the start date are subject to a €250 rescheduling fee to cover reserved time and administrative costs.
Cancellations
The Template Transformation Service includes both a digital Showit website template and a customization service.
Due to the nature of digital products, the purchase price of the template is non-refundable.
However, clients may cancel their purchase of the Template Transformation Service add-on within 14 days of purchase, provided that no work has started.
After the 14-day withdrawal period — or once work has begun — all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Clients may reschedule their booked Transformation Week once, free of charge, up to 14 days before the scheduled start date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the start date are subject to a €250 rescheduling fee to cover reserved time and administrative costs.

Transformation Weeks are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients may select a preferred week based on current availability. Availability may vary depending on ongoing projects and other studio commitments.
If the requested week is unavailable, Studio Wildlight will provide alternative dates to ensure the project can be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
To help you stay in momentum, your Transformation Week should be scheduled within three months of purchase. This timeline keeps the process flowing smoothly — and makes sure your beautiful new website doesn’t get stuck in prep mode instead of out there doing its job.
If the requested week is unavailable, Studio Wildlight will provide alternative dates to ensure the project can be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

8.3. Scheduling & Availability
All required content (text, images, links, and other materials) must be submitted no later than 7 calendar days before the scheduled transformation week.
If the materials are incomplete or delayed, Studio Wildlight may postpone the project and apply a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total project fee.
During your chosen Transformation Week, you agree to be reasonably available via email in case any questions or clarifications arise. This ensures your customization can be completed smoothly and on time.

Important: Ensuring the website’s legal compliance is solely the client’s responsibility.
- Customization of a Studio Wildlight Showit website template you have purchased.
- Integration of your provided text and images and your brand assets.
- Image optimization for web
- Adjustments to colors, and fonts within the existing template framework.
- Integration of up to 6 portfolio posts
- Technical setup (domain, contact form, blog integration (optional))
- Basic SEO setup (page titles, descriptions).
- One round of revisions
Not included:
- Copywriting, custom code, complex structural changes, adding blog posts, or advanced SEO optimization.
- Creation or review of legal pages such as Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, or any documents required for compliance in your country.
- Showit subscription, fees for external marketing tools, licensing fees for custom fonts, and the purchase or renewal of a domain name
Important: Ensuring the website’s legal compliance is solely the client’s responsibility.

Studio Wildlight is not liable for:

- Technical issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g. Showit, WordPress, hosting providers).
- Losses or damages resulting from misuse of templates or incorrect implementation.
- Legal compliance of the client’s website or business operations.
10. Liability
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes arising from the use of our products or services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
