Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Studio Wildlight. We value your trust and are committed to transparency in how we handle all purchases made through our website. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply — and when they don’t — for both our digital products and our Template Transformation Service.

All digital products sold by Studio Wildlight — including website templates, guides, and downloadable resources — are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase.

Because of the instant access nature of these files, all sales are final and non-refundable (includes payment plans).
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of your digital files and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at support@studio-wildlight.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your download link or access details.

1. Digital Products (Templates, Guides & Downloads)

The Template Transformation Service combines a digital product (a Showit website template) with a done-for-you customization service.

  • Once the digital template has been delivered, that portion of the purchase is non-refundable.
  • You may request to cancel your transformation booking up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. In this case, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the project start date, or after work has begun, are non-refundable.

If content submission is delayed and requires rescheduling, a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total project fee will apply.

2. Template Transformation Service

Custom brand and website design projects are covered under individual service contracts and are not governed by this refund policy.
Please refer to your signed agreement for details on cancellations and payment terms.

3. Custom Projects

If you experience problems with accessing your files or using your purchased template, please reach out to support@studio-wildlight.com.
We’re happy to assist with any delivery or access-related issues to ensure you receive your product as intended.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase or to services that begin before the end of the withdrawal period. This form is provided solely to meet EU information requirements and applies only to non-digital purchases, where applicable.
