Thank you for choosing Studio Wildlight! This Refund Policy explains when refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights may apply to purchases made through Studio Wildlight.
This policy applies to digital products, including Showit website templates, Canva templates, guides, PDFs, downloadable resources, and the Template Transformation Service, unless a separate written agreement applies.
Digital products include, but are not limited to, Showit website templates, Canva templates, guides, PDFs, and downloadable resources.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are made available immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate file delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable, including payment plans, except where required by law.
By completing your purchase and ticking the withdrawal waiver checkbox at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once access begins, where permitted by law.

1. Digital Products
The Template Customization Service includes a Studio Wildlight Showit website template license and a customization service.
Because this service reserves a dedicated project week in our calendar, clients may cancel within 14 days of purchase only if the scheduled work has not started and the template has not yet been installed, transferred, or otherwise made available.
Once the template has been installed, transferred, or access has been provided — or once customization work has begun — the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
After the 14-day withdrawal period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, except where required by law.
Clients may reschedule their booked Transformation Week once, free of charge, up to 14 days before the scheduled start date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date are subject to a $250 rescheduling fee to cover reserved time and administrative costs.
If required materials are incomplete or delayed and the project needs to be postponed, Studio Wildlight may apply a $250 rescheduling fee.

Custom brand and website design projects are covered under individual service agreements and are not governed by this Refund Policy.

If you experience problems with accessing your files or using your purchased template, please reach out to support@studio-wildlight.com.
We’re happy to assist with any delivery or access-related issues to ensure you receive your product as intended.
Technical issues, lack of software knowledge, change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read the product description do not qualify for a refund.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
For eligible purchases made through ThriveCart, customers can use the withdrawal function in the ThriveCart customer hub where available.

Log in using the email address you used for your purchase, then follow the instructions to view your purchase history and manage eligible withdrawal or cancellation options.
